This has to be the best Christmas present ever. We got the positive test on Christmas Eve, and these pictures are our confirmation! A very stong heartbeat (150 per minute) and overall a clean bill of health so far! We are very excited!!!!! Due date is September 2nd, 2009. Stay tuned for lot of updates!
Congratulations! We were very excited to hear the news. A new chapter in your life is now beginning and it will be a wonderful journey. I remember at this time I was excited, anxious, nervous, hopeful and proud. Over the years you will notice many transformations within yourself. Being a parent is different than being an adult. Everything is viewed through a different lens. Your new roles will be provider, protector, teacher, chauffeur, coach, role model and friend. It could be a tough job at times but every minute is worth it when you hold their little hand or watch them sleep. It will be great to watch your family grow and I know that your son or daughter will have lots of love. September may seem far away but enjoy this time. There is a certain glow and happiness from a woman that is carrying a child. Cherish the moment. Take care of yourself and keep us up to date on your progress.
